Relaunch of the open-access journal "Constructions"

Dear colleagues,

As new editors-in-chief, we are happy to announce the relaunch of the
open-access journal "Constructions", a forum for linguistic research concerned
with the structure, acquisition, use, function, and diachronic development of
linguistic constructions. "Constructions" aims at a balanced representation of
research within all current models of Construction Grammar, thus also
establishing contact between researchers from various perspectives. The term
'construction' as understood in this journal is deliberately chosen to
have a broad extension and is not limited to any specific definition or
specific constructional framework. "Constructions" is not restricted to any
particular language or language family, and aims at combining theoretical,
empirical, and applied issues.

"Constructions" is a platinum open-access journal. It offers free online
access to all contributions and does not charge any author processing fees.
Originally founded by Thomas Hoffmann and Alexander Bergs and hosted by the
University of Osnabrück, it is now hosted by the University of Düsseldorf.
We invite both regular papers and special issue proposals. All papers are
subject to double-blind peer review.

Best wishes,

Stefan Hartmann (University of Düsseldorf) & Lotte Sommerer (University of
Freiburg)
